PERSONNEL

Highly-qualified and experienced managerial personnel, engineers, specialists and workers are working in the Company.
Depending on scope of work and projects being realized, required number of personnel is provided by organized recruitment via regional representative offices located in the most developed industrial regions of Kazakhstan.
Employees pass training, improve their skills and knowledge, and take special and practical courses. Purposeful work is being carried out to training and retraining of specialists in certified training centers, universities and other educational institutions.
The Company realizes a social program assigned to meet the social needs of the personnel. The Company has developed and uses an orientation program for new employees, and has implemented a tolerance Policy for the employees.

INFRASTRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT

The following facilities of construction and social infrastructure are available in “Muniagazkurylys” LLP: administrative offices, Steel Structures and Pipe Spool Workshop of capacity up to 1000 t/year,  closed painting and drying complex, mechanical repair shops, closed boxes for vehicles, closed hangars for repair of vehicles in winter periods, checkpoints, dispatcher rooms, first aid stations warehouses for goods and materials, warehouses for storing technical gases, warehouses for lubricants, motor vehicle fuel stations, prefabricated camps and field villages, dormitories, amenity premises, canteens, etc. in Aktau, Aksai, Atyrau and r/v Tengiz.

Stable financial status allows “Munaigazkurylys” LLP to perform renovation of vehicles and equipment fleet in required quantity and in due time. The Company has an up-to-date fleet of construction, road construction equipment and motor vehicles such as the following: Mercedes, Kamaz dump-trucks, Liebherr, Grove truck cranes, Komatsu pipe layers, Hitachi, Volvo, Case excavators, Caterpillar bulldozers, Volvo, LiuGong motor graders, Hyundai, Daewoo buses, semi-trailers, low-bed trailers, Case, Merlo load and specialized car lifts, Shacman water carriers, Toyota, Nissan cars, and others.

The Company has all required processing equipment, including up-to-date formwork, fastening elements, scaffolding, platforms, CNC machine-tools, equipment for processing of reinforcement elements and metal.

On the Company’s balance there are more than 500 units of motor and specialized equipment in total, which are ready for rendering services.

There are Construction and Electro-Technical Laboratories providing a range of up-to-date researches.

The up-to-date Welding and Non-Destructive Testing Laboratory equipped with required and sufficient diagnostic equipment is available in the Company. Certified and highly qualified engineers, NDT inspectors and welders work there.
